Heat a small pan over a medium heat and add a small knob of butter and the thyme.
Cook for a couple of minutes on either side until golden brown but still nice and soft in the centre.
Remove from the heat and stir through the honey.

This is a great side dish to any roasted veggie salad, grain salad or even BBQ grilled vegetables. Perfect with our Marinated Lentils, Pickled Onions and some fresh rocket.
