- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees fan bake.
- Prepare the tray bake.
- Add the stock and lemon zest and cook for 1 hour and 10-20 minutes.
- Cook the green beans.

- We find that drumsticks cook best when cooked in a little stock for at least an hour so they get nice and tender but still crispy on the outside.
