  • 2 large frozen bananas
  • 1 cup ice 
  • ¼ cup water or milk of choice
  • 2 Tbsp tahini
  • 2 dates
  • 1 tsp miso paste
  • ½ tsp ground ginger
  • ½ tsp cinnamon

Topping

  • Cacao nibs
  • Hemp seeds
METHODMethod
  1. Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.

  2. Top with a sprinkle of cacao nibs and hemp seeds or some of your favourite granola.
